ALLOW TWO TO THREE HOURS
A normal size closet takes two to three hours. If you think you have a particularly large amount of clothes, please tell me so we allow enough time.
HAVE ALL YOUR CLOTHING IN ONE ROOM AND ONE SEASON
All your clothing should be in one room and preferably on a closet rod. We do one season of clothes only. Please have boxes or bags available. If you have no closet rod, tell me so I can bring a rolling rack.
BE READY TO PART WITH SOME CLOTHES
If you cannot part with anything in your closet, do not schedule a Closet Audit because that is what it is all about. And please be ready to try on some clothes.
A JCC CLOSET AUDIT BOOKLET IS INCLUDED
You will receive a booklet full of valuable information on shopping, cleaning out your closet, wardrobe coordination, follow-up steps and more. I can also provide you with good hangers and a rolling rack if desired.
YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR COLORS AND STYLE
It is preferable that you already know your JCC colors and your style before a Closet Audit. The reason being you may not see the infinite wisdom of what I say and therefore not reap the full value of the closet audit. Example: I remove all the black from your closet because you shouldn’t wear it. Instead of understanding how other neutrals take its place and make you look prettier, taller and thinner, you try to talk me into letting you keep black.
WRITTEN DIRECTIONS ARE NECESSARY

CLOSET AUDIT FEE
$75.00 per hour including travel time from the JCC studio location in Portland. Partial hours are billed in 15 minute increments. There is a $150.00 minimum.
